Agent Signal ("Agent Signal", "we", "us", "our") provides macro market scoring (COMPASS), calendar risk scoring (RADAR), a strategy builder (NAVIGATOR), backtesting tools, and a signal API accessible to both human users and AI agents. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Nothing on Agent Signal — including COMPASS scores, RADAR signals, NAVIGATOR strategies, backtest results, trade signals, allocations, or any other output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, asset, or instrument. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Agent Signal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent that you are not prohibited from using financial data services under the laws of your jurisdiction. AI agents may access our API and MCP server on behalf of a human account holder. The human account holder is fully responsible for all actions taken by any AI agent operating under their credentials, including API calls, payments, and data usage.

Agent Signal provides a REST API and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for programmatic access to COMPASS scores, RADAR signals, strategy signals, and backtest tools. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense raw API data. You may not use the API to build a competing signal product without written consent. Rate limits and fair use policies apply to free-tier access. Paid API calls are processed via x402 micropayments (USDC on Base). You are responsible for maintaining the security of any API credentials or wallet keys associated with your account.

Certain API endpoints are gated via the x402 payment protocol and require payment in USDC on the Base network. Prices are displayed per-call or per-run at the time of request. All payments are final and non-refundable once processed on-chain. Agent Signal is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient wallet balance, network congestion, or incorrect payment configuration. You are responsible for all gas fees and network costs associated with your payments.

COMPASS scores are derived from publicly available macro indicators including Fear & Greed Index, BTC Dominance, RSI, MACD, and other market data. RADAR scores use Federal Reserve and Bureau of Labor Statistics calendars. Price data is sourced from Yahoo Finance (equities and ETFs) and CoinGecko (cryptocurrency). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of any data provided. Data may be delayed, missing, or incorrect. Do not rely on Agent Signal data for time-sensitive trading decisions.

Backtest results are simulated based on historical data and are inherently hypothetical. Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results. Backtests do not account for taxes, actual brokerage commissions, liquidity constraints, market impact, or real-world execution slippage beyond the simulated 0.1% slippage applied. Results may differ materially from actual trading outcomes. Backtest results are for strategy evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a performance record.

You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data beyond what is available through the API, attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring models, use our services to manipulate markets or engage in any illegal trading activity, share API access credentials with unauthorized third parties, or use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including securities laws in your jurisdiction.

All intellectual property in the Agent Signal platform — including the COMPASS, RADAR, and NAVIGATOR scoring systems, software, APIs, MCP server, branding, design, and content — is owned by Agents & Co. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent. Your strategies created in NAVIGATOR are your own; by saving them you grant us a limited license to process and backtest them on your behalf.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform, the accuracy or timeliness of any signal or score, or that any strategy will perform as backtested in live markets.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid to Agent Signal in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on COMPASS scores, RADAR signals, strategy signals, or backtest results.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agents & Co., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of our services, any trading decisions made based on our data, actions taken by AI agents operating under your account, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation including securities laws.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or are using our services for unlawful purposes. On-chain payments already processed are not refundable upon termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the not-financial-advice disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
